HirePad makes interview scheduling fast and painless. Connect your calendar, set your availability, and let candidates book themselves.
Go to Settings > Integrations and connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. HirePad reads your availability in real-time and blocks off times when you're busy.
You can connect multiple calendars if you manage availability across different accounts.
From a candidate's profile or pipeline card, click Schedule Interview. You'll see:
Click a time slot to book it. HirePad sends calendar invites to both the interviewer and candidate.
Instead of picking a time yourself, send the candidate a self-scheduling link. They'll see your available slots in their timezone and pick what works best.

For interviews with multiple interviewers, HirePad finds overlapping availability across all participants. Only time slots where everyone is free are shown.
Set buffer times between interviews in Settings > Scheduling to avoid back-to-back bookings. For example, a 15-minute buffer ensures interviewers have time to write notes between sessions.
If plans change, reschedule or cancel directly from HirePad. All parties receive updated calendar invites automatically. Candidates can also reschedule via their self-scheduling link.
