By accessing or using HirePad ("Service"), operated by HirePad, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HirePad is a cloud-based recruiting platform that provides applicant tracking, multi-channel communication (email, SMS, voice), AI-powered candidate screening, interview scheduling, and related hiring tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with usage-based components.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (voice agent minutes, SMS segments, additional seats, and phone numbers) are billed monthly in arrears based on actual consumption.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
During the public beta period, promotional pricing may apply. Beta pricing is subject to change when the beta period ends.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We will not sell your Customer Data to third parties. Our use of Customer Data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as candidate screening, interview scoring, and voice agents. AI outputs are provided as decision-support tools and should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and ensuring compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
The Service integrates with third-party communication providers for email, SMS, and voice. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending communications and for complying with all applicable telecommunications regulations.
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by HirePad, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you may request export of your Customer Data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREPAD'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO HIREPAD IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL HIREPAD BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
