HirePad, Inc. ("HirePad," "we," "us") operates the HirePad recruiting platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Service.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and billing information.
You and your team submit data through the Service, including candidate information (names, contact details, resumes, interview responses), job postings, communications, notes, and evaluations. You control what Customer Data is submitted.
When you use our email, SMS, and voice features, we process message content, call recordings, transcripts, and metadata (timestamps, recipients, duration) to provide the Service.
AI screening interviews generate transcripts, scores, and feedback. This data is stored as part of the candidate record within your organization.

Each integration is subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policy. We only access the scopes and data you explicitly authorize.
Our AI features process candidate data to generate screening transcripts, evaluation scores, and recommendations. AI outputs are provided as decision-support tools for your recruiting team.
Voice AI interviews are recorded and transcribed. Candidates are informed when they are interacting with an AI agent.
We do not use your Customer Data to train our AI models. Customer Data processed by third-party AI providers is subject to data processing agreements that prohibit use for model training.
We retain Customer Data for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, you may request data export within 30 days. After that, Customer Data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
Call recordings and communication logs are retained according to your organization settings and applicable compliance requirements.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

As a platform provider, HirePad processes candidate data on behalf of our customers (the data controllers). Candidates with questions about how their data is used should contact the organization that is recruiting them.

We use essential cookies to operate the Service (authentication, preferences). We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on our platform.
