No. You can sign up and explore HirePad without a credit card. You only need payment info when you choose a plan.
We'll always give at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes. Your current plan rate stays locked in for 12 months from the day you sign up.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Any team member with the Recruiter role counts as a recruiter seat. Interviewers (who only submit scorecards and view prep packets) do not count toward your seat limit and they're free and unlimited on every plan.
Voice agent minutes are consumed when HirePad's AI conducts a screening call with a candidate. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Unused minutes do not roll over. Overage is billed at the rates shown above, with volume discounts.
Yes. You connect your existing Gmail or Outlook account via OAuth, so emails are sent from your real address. For SMS and voice, HirePad provisions dedicated phone numbers for your organization, or you can port an existing number.
No. Every plan includes unlimited candidates and unlimited open roles. You only pay for seats and communication usage.
Yes. Switch to yearly billing to save roughly 20% compared to monthly. The discount is applied automatically when you select the yearly option.

You can cancel anytime from your organization settings. Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period. You can export all your data within 30 days of cancellation.
